The First Ever IKEA Grad Bash - Class of 2024
We have officially wrapped the IKEA GRAD BASH CELEBRATION! We honored the Class of 2024 across the U.S. with a day filled with giveaways, entertainment, freebies, games, and so much more!
Nudawn Marketing, the events management agency for this multi-market, nationwide celebration, was responsible for the production and management of all entertainment aspects during the celebration. We featured a diverse array of family-focused entertainment throughout the venue including DJs, tarot readers / energy healers, selfie stations and caricature artists in 50 different markets!
Our DJs, featured inside the store amidst the Grad Bash festivities, created a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for the special graduates, customers, guests, and IKEA co-workers alike. They kept the audience hyped up and excited while playing Top 40 and diverse music.
Our energy readers and healers brought an element of inspiration and magic—something for the honored grads to take with them into their college journey and beyond!
Our selfie stations provided a fun and interactive way for attendees to capture and share their excitement and achievements, creating lasting memories to take to school and beyond. They cultivated a space for self-expression and creativity that enhanced the celebratory atmosphere.
Our caricature artists added a touch of whimsy and charm to the celebration. Through their skillful artistry, our artists captured the essence and individuality of each guest, creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes that provided a source of amusement and delight for grads, IKEA coworkers and customers alike!
Each of our service providers contributed their talents and skills to provide cherished mementos of the IKEA Grad Bash for every participant and we are so grateful for our 200+ contracted entertainers.
The planning and coordination that went into making this event possible and truly cultivating a fantastic experience would not have been achievable without our BMEAS Team. This was the very first time IKEA US hosted this event and it presented quite the learning curve, but we are so grateful for the creativity, fortitude, expertise and resilience of Team Nudawn and the exciting energy that each of you brings.
